Keep customers coming back

Lifetime Value Builder

Give customers a reason to come back, all year.

We plan a year of campaigns for your customer list and send them in groups, by what each customer bought and when they are likely to need you again. Replies go straight to your team.

Our booking page calls this a Growth System Review. You can use the session to discuss and buy this service on its own.

Customers buy once, then forget you.

Most customers would come back or buy something else from you, but nobody reminds them. When the next need comes up, they search again and may find someone else.

Why this work matters

7.4% higher modeled five-month retention likelihood after two extra emails in a US car-wash field experiment.

Plan useful communication around the existing customer relationship and measure response, rather than applying a universal cadence.

Wang, Lu and Shi randomized 4,077 new US car-wash subscribers; the treatment group received two additional emails 15 days apart. Their model found 7.4% higher likelihood of retention over about five months. The authors also discuss fatigue and differences by customer tier. This is an email finding in a subscription setting, not an SMS result or former-customer win-back rate.

The managed work

What we take care of

A campaign calendar

A year of planned sends around your seasons, your service cycle and the offers you want to run, grouped by what each customer bought.

Seasonal campaigns

Timely offers before your busy periods, such as a spring check before the summer rush or a holiday gift offer.

Cross-sell and upgrade offers

Offers based on what each customer already bought: a maintenance plan after a repair, an add-on after an install, or the next treatment in a series.

Reminders, thank-yous and updates

Service and rebooking reminders, birthday or one-year thank-you offers, new-service announcements and useful tips that keep you front of mind.

Sending and replies

We send the campaigns, respect opt-outs and route every reply to your team so the yes turns into a booking.

Working together

How the service runs

  1. Plan the year

Review your customer list, your seasons and what people usually buy next, then agree the campaign calendar.

  2. Prepare and approve

Write the messages for each customer group and confirm the offers, links and reply destination with you.

  3. Send and improve

Run the campaigns, review replies and bookings, and adjust the calendar and offers as we learn what works.

Illustrative example

A year of reasons to come back

Fictional examples of campaigns sent to groups of existing customers.

Seasonal campaign

“Spring is here. Book your annual check before the summer rush, and we’ll hold a time that suits you.”

Cross-sell offer

“Thanks again for choosing us for your repair. Customers like you often add our maintenance plan, so it never comes to that again. Want the details?”

Thank-you offer

“It’s been a year since your first visit. Thank you! Here’s a thank-you offer on your next booking this month.”

A clear scope

What to agree before we start

This service communicates with your existing customers. New B2B prospecting belongs to Cold Outreach.

Active-enquiry and open-quote follow-up belong to the Lead Nurture Ladder. A one-off campaign to reactivate an old list belongs to the Win-Back Campaign; the Lifetime Value Builder keeps everyone warm after that.

Channels, frequency, audience volumes and messaging charges are agreed in scope. Contact permissions and opt-out handling are reviewed before sending.

Standalone pricing, timing and service commitments are set out in your proposal. The Growth System’s package timing and guarantee do not automatically apply to an individual service.

Questions about Lifetime Value Builder

What kind of campaigns do you send?

Seasonal campaigns, cross-sell and upgrade offers, service and rebooking reminders, thank-you and anniversary offers, new-service announcements and useful tips. We agree the calendar with you.

Can we use email without SMS?

Yes. The channels are agreed around your customers, contact permissions and the type of campaign.

How is this different from the Win-Back Campaign?

The Win-Back Campaign reactivates an old list in one push. The Lifetime Value Builder then keeps every customer warm all year.

Who handles replies?

Replies go to the person on your team we agree, with the customer’s history attached.

Connected work

Prefer one managed package?

The Growth System connects work across the customer journey. We plan the work around what your business needs. Capabilities you already handle do not automatically reduce the package price.
